NC Real Estate Spring Fever?

It must be the spring fever everyone is feeling! Buyers are on the move now whereas a few months ago I think they were in hibernation. Real Estate in northeast NC is starting to move once more and of course I like that! Selling and listing Real Estate is the way I make my living. The spring weather we have been having in March is simply wonderful. The flowers are blooming a month early and the grass is getting greener by the day. I wonder if old man winter has a few more surprises for us though. In April 1980 we had one of the biggest snow storms this area has ever seen. Could it happen again? Hopefully not this year.
